Strategic Plan
The Jeff Davis County School System is committed to a relentless pursuit of excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout our schools and district. The 2027-2032 Strategic Plan serves as the guiding framework for establishing priorities, identifying action steps, and monitoring progress as we work to unite our schools, families, and community in support of student success.
The strategic planning process included extensive analysis of student achievement data, school and district improvement plans, climate survey results, and stakeholder feedback. A diverse team of parents, community members, teachers, support staff, school administrators, and district leaders collaborated to identify areas of need and develop a shared vision for the future of Jeff Davis County Schools.
The Strategic Plan is a living document that is reviewed regularly and refined as data, stakeholder input, and district needs evolve. Our work is organized around four strategic goal areas that provide the foundation for continuous improvement across the school system:
