About Me

 

Welcome!  My name is Natalie Hayes and I serve as the Director of Human Resources for Jeff Davis County Schools.  I take pride in serving our more than 450 staff members.  This is my 27th year in education where I have served as a teacher, School Improvement Specialist, Curriculum Director, and now the Human Resources Director.  I received my Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education from Brewton-Parker College and both my Master's and Specialist degrees in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University.  I later added on a Specialist in Educational Leadership and completed my Doctorate in Educational Leadership in 2022.  

 

There is no place I would rather be and I love being a Yellow Jacket!!!
