The mission of the Facilities Department is to support the educational process by keeping our buildings warm, safe and dry. The Facilities Department includes Planning & Property, Design & Construction, Custodial Services, Environmental Services, Building Maintenance, Site Maintenance, and the Facilities Service Desk. Working together as a team, these divisions are responsible for a wide variety of facility projects.

Some examples include facilities assessments, property management, energy management, bond funded projects, custodial services, water and waste water management, hazardous material management, facilities maintenance, landscaping, and athletic field maintenance.
